Typically for weddings, I arrive an hour early to do a sound check, then play about 20 minutes of prelude music before the ceremony begins as people come in an sit down. Next I play an entrance song for the bridal party (popular ones are Mendelssohn's Wedding March and A Thousand Years by Christina Perri). If your ceremony includes lighting a unity candle, I can play a song during the unity candle lighting (usually I play an except of a Bach suite). Finally, I play an exit song at the end of the ceremony (my most popular exit song is Can't Help Falling in Love). Then I'll play some postlude music while your guests exit.
